What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time - Monday - Friday. Our telephone switchboard is open to receive messages 24/7.
What’s the minimum order?

How do I submit my order?
California Springs Bottles are sold through Promotional Product distributors. If you are an end user, you will need to place your order through your distributor. If you are a Distributor, please send us an order in any form, and by any conveyance you choose. We do require a written order confirmation by letter, fax, or email.
What is your turn around time?
It varies by product. Generally, our imprinted Bottle and Bottle Carrier turnaround time is 3 weeks. If you need shipment is less time we can usually turn around the product in a week depending upon the season. Custom Lenticular bottle lead time is 10 -12 weeks.
Do you accept Rush orders?
Yes. Rush order charges apply when delivery is required within less than 5 days.

Do you accept Rush orders for large quantities?
Yes. We can ship up to 100,000 imprinted bottles in 1 week. Click for details.
How do I pay for my order?
California Springs Bottles are sold through Promotional Product distributors. If you are an end user, you will need to arrange payment terms from them. If you are a Distributor, please contact our credit department for detailed information and a credit application.
How much does the freight cost?
Freight costs vary upon quantity and distance. Please contact our Customer Service Department for specific information regarding your order.
What freight carriers do use?
Unless specified by our clients, we ship most orders by UPS or FedEx Ground. Large orders (3000+) go by common carrier or rail. Obviously we use ocean freight to over seas international destinations.
From where do you ship?
Our factory and distribution center is located in Southern California.
Who pays the freight?
All of our products are sold FOB Factory. Our clients pay the freight.

Can I split the shipment between several destinations?
Yes. There is a $10 per destination, per order service charge.
Can you package the bottles in individual bags, boxes or with peghook hanging cards?
Yes We Can! There will be a small labor fee per bottle depending on the complexity of the work plus the cost of materials if furnished by California Springs.
Can you supply UPC codes on the bottles?
Yes We Can! There is a cost of 7¢ (g) per bottle plus the cost of the sticker.
Can you fill the bottles with my business card, catalog, premium, candy, etc.?
Yes We Can! There will be a small labor fee per bottle depending on the complexity of the work.
If I change my mind is there a cancellation charge?
Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge of $30.00 (g) plus costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
Can I assort the bottle colors?
Yes. 100 bottles per color per size. 50 caps per color.
What are over runs and under runs?
We always pull more bottles from inventory than required for a specific order. There is always a certain amount of waste in getting the bottle set up for perfect registration. In the event there is little difficulty in the set up, we’ll have more bottles printed than ordered. If the opposite is true, we wind up with less bottles printed than what the order calls for. It is very expensive for a screenprinter to go back and print the additional bottles needed to complete the order. Therefore most companies have an over/under policy. Our is 5%. We consider the order complete if it is 5% over or under the quantity ordered. We charge our clients for the (up to) 5% overage.
